Some pieces are simplified version, yet the book did not say anything about that.,

Some pieces like Clair de Lune and Humoresque aren't the original versions. Some of the keys for left hand to play in Clair de Lune is cut down by half, so it wouldn't have the breath-taking effect like that you heard from professionals on CD...If you're looking for something not too difficult to play and don't mind it doesn't sound the same, this can be for you. But the editor should have at least indicated that some are simplified versions instead of just putting the original composer's name there. That's why I rate it 3 stars. |
