All the good stuff missing, August 6, 2008
This review is from: License to Wed (Audio CD)
Listen to the closing credits music and you'll see what is terrible missing from all this re-hash stuff...the jazzy vocalese that got me looking for the sountrack in the first place! It might be worth .33 cents...NOT!

What religion is this?, September 17, 2007
This review is from: License to Wed (Audio CD)
The premise of License to Wed looked good: at last some positive instruction from a guy with a Roman Catholic collar, on what the heck people could do to make a good marriage.
But not. This "priest" can't be Catholic, and he doesn't even hint at any known faith's teachings about marriage. There's no consistent thread in any of his antics, nor are they funny. It's really weak writing in spite of the interesting premise.
I wish there were disclaimers for movies, like,' these characters are dressed like Amish but we writers and producers and directors didn't make any effort to find out what Amish people believe on the subject of _____.' Because this character has nothing to do with Catholicism or even Christianity. There oughta be a law.
