From the Publisher

Licking Honey off a Thorn proceeds are donated to League of Canadian Poets. The mission of the League, as a national non-profit making organization, is to nurture a professional poetic community in Canada, and to encourage the teaching of Canadian poetry at all levels of education. The League, founded in 1966, serves hundreds of members. It also serves many thousands of non-members and young emerging poets, through nation-wide contests, and through programmes such as mentoring and poets-in-the-schools programmes.

Top Customer Reviews

Licking Honey off a Thorn is an ill collection of nursery rhymes. I have read rhymes, I know my rhymes, dawg. Honey and Thorns, Cannot be forwarned. Boom! It gets you in the front door, it gets you in the rear. Get out da house and get lickin' sometime this year. Muv was trackin' in the mud. Shaw!
