This is an excellent book, the best book that I have read on weight loss and I have read hundreds. This book deals with the underlying causes as well as the physical symptoms of weight gain and the lifestyle changes are easy to integrate. The book is very comprehensive and is easy to read. It contains delicious recipes which are nutritious and keep blood sugar on an even keel so you won't feel hungry. It is the only book you will ever need if you are looking to solve your weight problems and it is an excellent book for those who are fortunate not to have weight problems too.
