Life Coaching is a growing industry that is of considerable help to keep us growing. You know before you get this that is is a condensed form of information and this is its limitation. This is compensated for by the ease of use. Dollar for dollar I prefer a normal book with more content but for those that want a simple processs to make a positive difference in your life with litle time required, this will help in key areas. topics covered are Recreation, Health/fitness, Work/Career, Relationships, Spirituality and Finances, with 8 cards of instruction on each area, and a journal. Suited more to people who are not academic and hate reading any more than they have to.

fun, inspirational, and a tool to have you really look and examine your own life and how to make it better.

I must admit I have not had adequate time to delve into everything - but the packaging intriqued me. I like the idea. I thought that it was an interesting delivery system.
