What is the "age" of your church?,
This review is from: The life cycle of a congregation (An Alban Institute publication)
Author has analyzed the typical "life cycle" of a local church congregation with the hope that realization of "where they are" in the cycle can help local churches to deal with change in a positive and helpful way. This is an exciting concept and one that is fairly easy to explain to laypersons and others who might benefit from this exercise.
