5th solo is another 4.5 star album, June 2, 2009
This review is from: Life on D-Block (Audio CD)
Sheek returns with his 5th solo album, just 6 months since his last album, and this is his 3rd in the last 14 months, making him very busy the past year and half. I'd give it 4.5 stars like all his solo's other than "Extinction: Last of Dying Breed" (4 stars). This one is rather short, like all albums Real Talk Ent. puts out, at only 10 songs. Like all Sheek album, mostly tales of street life and hustling on here. You get 1 classic, 1 almost classic, and the otehr 8 are good or real real good songs. Guests are only on 2 songs so you get to hear a nice amount of Sheek. Production is very good, like most Real Talk albums, and is handled entirely by Cozmo. A must have album for fans of LOX/D-Block/Sheek music.
