I couldn't wait for the DVDs to come out for season 2. It was one of my favorite. The dvds are similar to the first one. It's a complete season with some behind the scenes extras. In terms of quality, it's better than watching them directly on tv. I know this isn't that helpful, so I'm sorry.

My son was a huge fan of this show that was on Disney Channel. Was thrilled I could buy seasons for him. I enjoy watching them with him actually! Great deal!

This show is not for people under the age of 10 some of the themes are more mature.But the show is witty,funny,modern and real. Though some people may question some of the unspoken things (aka Dasey!!!!) it shows a modern day blended family dealing with changes, relationships and mst importantly each other. I would recommend this series to anybody because it is a bit addicting and you will become hooked on dasey's, which by the way is Derek and Casey's names together, anntics to get each other.

I just love Life With Derek ever since it was shown on The Disney Channel now I get to see the original Canadian Version plus tons of extras. Cant wait to get seasons 3 and 4 plus Vacation with Derek.
