I worked through the many exercises and a visualization technique called "Image-Creation". This process 'imprints' on your mind those things that you want your life to be. Once you figure out what it is you really want out of life, and become focused on that want, the rest falls into place. It removes the doubt and confusion you have trying to make life changing decisions. This book arms you with the skills you need to make those decisions and know that you'll make the right decision.

I highly recommend Life By Design to everyone who is ready to make a change or learn how to utilize the gray matter between their ears more consistantly and have more fun, happiness, and enjoyment in life.
