Inspiring, insightful and user-friendly!, October 6, 2006
This review is from: Life Is a Do-Over (Paperback)
The author's personal story of her own courageous life transformation is truly inspiring. This book takes you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you question your old assumptions and conquer your fears to make real positive change in your life. The straightforward strategies will get you started on your own life do-over. The book is quite user-friendly. Rather than interrupting the content of each chapter with written exercises like so many books by life coaches, the exercises are at the end allowing you to work through them when and if you're ready. Personally, the book helped me find the strength to leave a career that others perceived as successful but made me miserable. Anyone who is wondering if they are on the wrong path and if there is something else they were meant to do with their life should buy this book.

NOT YOUR TYPICAL SELF-HELP BOOK, May 29, 2006
This review is from: Life Is a Do-Over (Paperback)
Finally, the information you need to make changes in your life in managable and understandable chunks! If you are looking to focus on what is really important to you, this book is full of great suggestions and examples. Plus, it is easy to read and not overwhelming like many self-help books. I was able to start implementing these steps right away and see an immediate and positive difference in my life. I gave several of these to friends as gifts and have seen some amazing changes happen for them as well. Do yourself a huge favor and pick up a copy of this book.
