Alan Finger's meditations are an interesting tour of our inner landscape. His descriptions of the chakra centers are very clear. While the language of relaxation meditation was written thousands of years ago in the far east; yet like the words of the ancient Greeks, their truths still ring true. Today a physiologist might reinterpret the journey using very different words, however the yogis poetry is more conducive to relaxation.

The refinements of music, digital science and the words of a modern yoga master have come together in an eloquent product. If I may recommend the format which I purchased, a 3 CD set "Yoga Meditaions" Yoga Masters Meditation Series #52296 70502. This set includes disk 1 of Alan Fingers "Life Enhancing Meditation" along with 2 other disks: "Guided Meditaions for Inner Freedom" by Swami Srinivasananda and "Energy Awareness Guided Meditaions" by Sudhir Jonathan Foust. All three are valuable relaxtion aids for any time of the day. I use mine to banish insomnia.

This is the CD I turn to for solace and calming when life is too crazy. Yogiraj Alan Finger puts me at ease with his voice and calm guidance through the three different meditation techniques. I am so grateful for his teaching and I hope he comes out with some more videos and cd's soon.

The best meditation CD I found so far. There are 3 guided meditations on a CD, all 3 less that 20 minutes long, but they work! After each of them I feel amazing.
