I was not aware of how old the book was. It was poorly writtn, a(most) of information does not relate to today. I can get better information on the internet in how health supplements relate to what I needed to them for. I would not recommend thus book for anyone today.

I bought "Life Extensions" in the '80s and the research is still valid. A great resource for individuals searching for ways to improve the quality of their life as well as the length!
