I initially didn't buy into the hype surrounding these pills. I decided to give them a shot after reading 4HR body. I really like them now. I enjoy drinking tea but I don't always have the time. If I am in a hurry I just pop one of these pills instead and I get the same benefits. Definitely worth trying.

Never had any problems taking them. They did seem to fire up my metabolism helping me lose weight close to forty.

At 98% polyphenols, it's potent. You're not taking a lot of filler here. The pills are very durable and only slightly larger than average caps, but not objectionable. I've yet to find a product with as high a percentage of poly... it's a little pricey, but when you look at the potency, it's actually a good deal. I like the decaf version too. I would recommend to all of my friends.

I have really enjoyed the Mega Green Tea extract. It is better then trying to drink 10 cups of tea a day. Very healthy alternative.
