I've been taking this supplement for 5 months now. It has taken some time to get used to taking 14 capsules per day, but I split them up 5 @ breakfast, 5 @ lunch & 4 at dinner. I notice a difference in the way I feel and am convinced that my immune system is stronger! I've also noticed it is easier to maintain my weight now with no change in my diet. My PMS symptoms have decreased as well.

well i hope its the best vitamin. ive taken them for a month and havent noticed anything really except it makes me gasy and they are extremly ripe. they need to add gax x to the ingredients! um really ytellow pee. a sum
pros: fresh smelling pills
lots of research and high profile company

cons: makes me gasy and they smell dense and rotten
