Although dated (1982), "Life Extension" is an extraordinarily well researched book, written for "easy" grasp by laymen and scientists alike.The authors studied aging for decades and focus on how aging works. How others can slow down YOUR aging, and how YOU CAN SLOW AGING DOWN. A complete handbook, valuable to anyone. I don't know of any more contemporary book that has quite the info, quite the punch, quite the assistance.
