[...]. The LifeCycles at my local gym were what I really wanted but, I thought they only sold commercial products, and I didnt want to pony up thousands of dollars for a bike. Well I found out that I actually had a local dealer that sold bikes based on the commercial equipment that I was used to. They have 3 different styles for Recumbant; the R1 -Scaled down model, R3 -Scaled down but decent model w/analog display, and R9i -Digital Display, top of the line. This is basically the commercial model but built for residential use, Tons of workout programs, Lifetime Warranty on frame, 3 years on movable parts. The seat is comfortable, I spend over an hour on it for most workouts and never have discomfort, there are also 30+ settings for the seat-to-peddle length.

I bought this because I wanted the luxery of exercising whenever I wanted, and not having to drive to the gym to get my cardio in. If your not familiar with this bike, find a local dealer, and check it out. [...].
