I absolutely adore the meditations on this one. They are about 20 minutes in length and so I use them a lot for my morning meditations. She guides you gently through several meditations to open up to your guides, the feel the energy of a tree and going within a cave (my FAVE).This is also available on itunes for download, if you do not want an audio cassette.,..do they even make cassette recorders anymore? Teehee. |
