I got so sucked in that I lost sleep over this book. This book kept me guessing and laughing all the way through. Madeline is such a likable character and she's very easy to relate to. We've all been there. Great story!

I got this book on a whim and I'm so glad I did! Madeline is an adorably determined girl and I totally found myself relating with her, as I'm sure any girl who's finally escaped High School would. I'm 27, but I think I would have loved this book just as much no matter when I found it. It's a great story and the plot is certainly not predictable. (And believe me, I'm great at plot prediction.) I'm hoping there will be sequels because I'd love to see what happens next!

A friend of mine suggested this book to me and I'm glad they did because I rarely stray from the Science Fiction/Fantasy world. While I consider this book "Chick Lit," it kept me more than entertained. In fact, the only time I stopped reading it was when I was too tired to continue. Although I'm a male, it was interesting to see Madeline's point of view and watch her change for the better, even though there was more than enough adversity she had to deal with. The humor in the writing was right up my alley. I would recommend this book to just about anyone!
