This review is from: Life Gear SC3N1FA 3-in-1 Compact First Aid Kit, Mini-Light and Notepad, Black (Tools & Home Improvement)
I was looking for a simple, inexpensive first aid kit for my apartment. But this is both too little and too much. It might be suitable for a car (it comes with a collision report form), but even in that context it would be of limited use.

I don't own a flashlight, so that's a plus: It's a small, hand-crank powered light, perfect for emergencies. Unfortunately, the kit's plastic case is very difficult to pry open--I wouldn't dare to try in the dark. Once you open it, all of the contents are hopelessly jumbled together. I wish there were fewer items that would be unlikely to help in a real emergency (aspirin? 10 tiny bandages for small children but only 1 large one? a badly-organized, small-print first aid guide?), as they get in the way of the few potentially useful items. This is one of the smallest and cheapest first aid kits around; you get what you pay for.
