"Life With Googie" is a lovely read if you love theater, films, acting, and the good old days of the 1930s, '40s, '50s, and '60s. With a David-Niven flair, McCallum recounts his marriage and the changes theater and films have undergone over the 50 years ending in 1978, when the book was printed. Their travels through Great Britain, Australia, and the U.S., their acting gigs together and separately, are delightful.Life with Googie
