4.0 out of 5 stars Nekromantix - 'Life Is A Grave & I Dig It!' (Hellcat)
Danish psychobilly trio - saw these guys open for Rob Zombie. Have to admit, they definitely rock out. Tunes that drew me in were "Horny In A Hearse", the Stray Cats-ish "My Girl", "Voodoo Shop Hop", "Flowers Are Slow" and the rocking "Fantazma". Line-up: Kim Nekroman - bass & vocals, Frano - guitar and Lux - drums. Should do a lot for fans and loyal followers of Reverend...

3.0 out of 5 stars Hellcat......
Hellcat Records boinks up everything they touch including Nekromantix's Lifes a Grave. Too bad. I hope it isn't fatal for the band. Not one Gargoyles over Copenhaven or Moonchaser....a real disappointment.

4.0 out of 5 stars This vinyl=PICTURE DISC, April 21, 2011

This is a review for the vinyl edition of Life Is a Grave and I Dig It. I love the actual album itself, and finally decided to get it on vinyl. I ordered it and when it arrived(very quickly thanks to Amazon Prime) I found out it was a picture disc. I personally don't care for picture discs, and this would have most likely factored into my decision had I known. After I researched it more I found out that this album was only on vinyl in picture disc form, so I've got no other options. I will add a picture of this product to the customer picture section to better inform future customers.

Life Is A Grave and I Dig it! is a bonafide stone cold classic. NekroHigh takes me back to the the great lyrics and feel of Who Killed The Cheeleader. My Girl is the new Subcultural Girl for '07. Great.
Oh man, this CD rocks!

4.0 out of 5 stars A Worthy Album by Nekroman and his new crew, September 11, 2007

This review is from: Life Is a Grave & I Dig It (Dig) (Audio CD)
Although this stuff isn't as good as anything from Brought Back to life or Return of the Loving Dead, the band's heading in a much better direction than it was in their previous album Dead Girls Don't Cry.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great MUSIC, June 15, 2007
This review is from: Life Is a Grave & I Dig It (Dig) (Audio CD)
This is my favorite psychobilly album by a long shot. It has more catchy hooks than their older albums, but does not seem to lose anything in the psycho department. I LOVE this album and I know more people would as well if they had only heard of the band. Give these guys, especially this album, a chance!

4.0 out of 5 stars triumphant return of the psychobilly masters, May 12, 2007
This review is from: Life Is a Grave & I Dig It (Dig) (Audio CD)
Different, but still very good album from one of the greats in the psychobilly scene. Solid release makes up for their semi-disappointing Dead Girls Don't Cry.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not Worth it...., October 26, 2009
This review is from: Life Is a Grave & I Dig It (Dig) (Audio CD)
Disappointing album all in all. The songs are weak and the lyrics even worse.
What the hell happened to you Kim?
Hellbound, Brought Back To Life, Curse of The Coffin and even some tracks on Return were awesome albums.
This one's a complete let down.
