I got this book from my mom who has been a huge Susan Jeffers fan for years. I have never been into the whole self-help thing, but this book is different. It is uplifting and funny, but offers a lot of interesting insight. I really enjoyed browsing through the articles and it never felt self-helpy at all. This is a really good book, I definitely recommend it.

I have read a number of inspirational books and this one truly inspires you to live a happy and meaningful life! I work passages from the book into every day and have found a new exuberance for life. Everyone should read this book...move over Dr. Phil!

I can honestly say that this book was not what I thought it would be. From the cover (flower photo) I thought it would be a women's empowerment sort of thing. It's actually a great read, and wide-ranging. She's got lots of sharp insights. Yeah, there's a touch of new-ageim, but it's not over the top. Plus it even made me laugh a couple of times. It's a really positive collection of essays that can apply to anybody.

I've been a fan of Dr. Susan Jeffers' works for years. While this book is full of great short essays, it is not as comprehensive as her other books. It touches on a nice variety of topics, but it doesn't delve deeply into any of them. If you are looking for some great advice or guidance, try one of Dr. Jeffers' full-length books, such as Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway or Embracing Uncertainty. This book is great if you're looking for a good beach read or if you don't have much time to devote to reading.

I have been a Susan Jeffers fan for years and I can honestly say that this is probably her best work. It is full of insight and wisdom. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for ways to live a more joyful and meaningful life.

Sometimes it is so easy to forget what blessings we all have. This book is a great reminder. Susan Jeffers always seems to find the right approach to every topic. This is an easy-going, enjoyable read, and you may just learn something.
