Ms. Kellam's look at the life of Princess Diana and the turmoil surrounding her death is both unique and insightful, and the multiple levels of the book make it enjoyable from beginning to end. The story also appeals to many different kinds of readers. People who like science fiction will be intrigued by the time travel involved. People who love Princess Diana will appreciate the depth of understanding this story offers us. And people who just like a good story will love the interaction and dialogue. I look forward to more works from this author!

I was actually surprised at this book, it's better than I expected. While there were a number of flaws most were small (Diana wasn't called Di by friends, Dodi Fayed didn't use the Al honorific, a few other minor problems). About the worst thing I could find wrong was the omission of just who helped Diana and Dodi in their new life. It seems to me that the Royal, Spencer and AlFayed families would have to assist the time travelers in their efforts. I can't imagine that the Princess could've had a happy life with Dodi but this book is still better than "Whose death in the tunnel?" by Aaron McCallum Becker.

I really enjoyed this book. It is FICTION people! Some of the other reviewers forgot that I guess!

I had no previous intrest in Princess Di, but I got this book from a friend, and I really enjoyed "learning" about the person, and enjoying a story at the same time.

I enjoyed the ideas that are discussed in the story, and I think it is a pretty good book! You have to remember that it is fiction, based on history. This is NOT a biography.

Princess Diana's career in the public eye flatters to deceive. Sadly, this book does neither. In place of probing inquiry into the causes of this terrible, if ulitmately unremarkable, tragedy, it treats us to a maudlin farce; an endless stream of quotes from "intimate friends," idle speculation, and sentimental blather that in the end proves to much to bear for even the most devoted lover of kitsch. How ironic that the patron saint of the decent and ordinary, became, in the so extraordinarily indecent that she could only still be patronizing to herself.

I'm going to take a different tack here and say quite honestly that I found this book not at all to my liking. Perhaps my opinion is colored by the fact that I am entirely disinterested in the whole Di tragedy, though I am not without a certain measure of respect for her civic works. Anyway, I found this book to be amateurish, the storyline implausible, and the emotions expressed within quite unsubtle in their attempts to tug at the heartstrings. It has the tone of an internet fan-fiction, without the polish one would expect from a published (and rather pricey) volume. Additionally, some passages were structurally awkward, which obscured meaning and plot flow. I'd recommend this book only to those die-hard Di fans out there with a twenty to burn. ...but go ahead and buy it if you're so inclined. After all, a portion of the proceeds does go to charity. Or so I'm told.
