Life Recovery Bible-NLT-Burgundy Bonded Leather
The NLT is a good paraphrase for an over-all concept. The recovery principles, the 12 Step notes, and comments are in agreement with the linked Biblical passages. The editors, Arterburn and Stoop, have developed an absolutely blessed tool for anyone, not just 12 steppers or Christians, who wants to "overcome". I have ordered this Bible for several women who have addictions and they are finding answers in how to live free of their addictions. Recently, I purchased one of these Bibles to help me councel the women in a greater way. I am very pleased with all the Bible study notes. However, I should of sent my Bible back because many of the pages were separating from the...

The NLT is a good paraphrase for an over-all concept. The recovery principles, the 12 Step notes, and comments are in agreement with the linked Biblical passages. I have ordered this Bible for several women who have addictions and they are finding answers in how to live free of their addictions. Recently, I purchased one of these Bibles to help me councel the women in a greater way. I am very pleased with all the Bible study notes. However, I should of sent my Bible back because many of the pages were separating from the binding. No other person has had this problem so it was probably just a one time mistake. I would give this Bible an excellent review.
