5.0 out of 5 stars Dont sleep on this!
Now once in awhile a REAL mc comes along and the general public sleep! Dont sleep on this cat! This isnt your typical dose of daily hip hop (dmx, cash money, etc) this is the real thing in its purest form! The production is tight, not the same beat over and over (hmmm, swizz?) and the lyrics are straight on point. The two singles, "Everybody" and...

The production is tight, not the same beat over and over (hmmm, swizz?) and the lyrics are straight on point. The two singles, "Everybody" and "Elevate" are tight, but the rest of the album holds it down. If you drownin in commercial music and want a lifesaver, buy this album and you will never fall in the water again!

5.0 out of 5 stars Don't call it a comeback!, June 9, 2000

A nice change from a lot of the BS hip hop (Puffy, Cash Money, etc.) out there today. Arson practices hip hop in its pure form, following in the footsteps of artists such as Common and A Tribe Called Quest. Tracks like Underground Vibe really show the talent of this up and coming emcee/producer.

Arson. This MC and producer out of texas, has put out something real. Yes, he's 15, but he's not good just 'for his age' as you may think. His verses are inteligently created, humorous and clever. His tracks are of professional quality, theres no cheap feel or dirtyness as with many independant releases. Arson's tracks make you smile, cause your head to nodd. This album is definantly more worth your hard earned bonez then most of the artificialness aired on BET. Arson's style isn't hard, it's not corny either, its just straight hip hop. Arson didn't bite anyone either, people with ignorance may say he's trying copy eminem, as with the stereotype for white MC's currently, but true heads know whats up. Definantly check out this album if you like hip hop music. No gimmicks, no bling bling, just hotness. Peace.
