I received this book as a gift. I love it! It's the amazing stories of everyday people who see God in unusual ways in ordinary events. Each story is only a few pages long. I like reading a story a day. Every one is worth the read!

4.0 out of 5 stars This book contains personal stories from many different women, May 24, 2011
This review is from: Life Savors for Women (Paperback)
Have you ever sat in a room with a happy group of woman and tried to listen? It is hard to hear each individuals story. That is what makes this book so unusual. The book contains personal stories from many different women. Each story will touch you in different ways. Some will encourage you and some will make you thankful.

The stories are short and could easily be read during a quick break at work or while waiting in the car or doctors office. I would even recommend this book for your personal devotions.

One story is titled The Greeting Card. Sheila Farmer, this story's teller, explains how she could not get through to a particular person at her church. Choosing to treat that person with respect later led to friendship.

Another story is titled Changing Tables Changing Hearts. Ever wanted something so bad you could not imagine life without it? This heartwarming story by Marilyn Rockett will inspire you to never give up.
