One of the Best Life Changing Books I've read, January 11, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Life Skills for the New Millennium (Paperback)
Here's a book that is destined for a place on my shelf that holds the best life-changing books I've read. It offers the best news you can get for this hysterically heralded turning point in history. For example, the world's rules are made up, no belief is worth fighting about, "absolute truth" changes, you get to invent yourself and you are a vessel that you get to fill with whatever you want. One of the points Sunray makes is that we cannot be separate from God with whom we are co-creators. Specifically, we are creating ourselves. Reading what Sunray has to say will improve our lives and relationships in direct proportion to our application of initiative. excepted from Phoenix Newspaper review by Audrey De La Martre

An Excellent Guide!, June 28, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Life Skills for the New Millennium (Paperback)
Paula Sunray takes us on an incredible journey in Life Skills For The New Millennium. It's a trip into self. I'd traveled there before, but not quite the depth as I did while reading Dr. Sunray's book. This excellent guide takes the reader very quickly from the outside in and does so in a "no nonsense" fashion. Dr. Sunray lovingly tells it like it is. We learn about exploring our feelings and emotions to the deepest extent. We look at our core, essential self, and then branch into an explanation of the low self and high self, how they guide us each as individuals, and why. We address our fears, our ego, the chakras, our feelings, and even the earth. This guide provides a total exploration of SELF, from the author's words to the exercises which can be applied immediately. Healing your self and your life is the major thrust of this book. Dr. Sunray is a fabulous instructor, and leads the reader through the process of enlightenment with finesse and skill. She even gives us ten powerful suggestions for enlightenment...suggestions the reader can begin using immediately. The book also addresses forgiveness, miracles, relationships, and even your life purpose. In truth, I can't think of a better guide for a person who is looking for the answers. They are all found inside this power-packed book of self-exploration. Both Ruth Montgomery and Caroline Myss have referred to this book as "insightful". I totally agree. Life Skills For The New Millennium offers a brilliant strategy to a more joyful life filled with excitement, enthusiasm and passion.
