This book is a must have for all secondary health teachers. I have used it already quite extensively this year, and I am 1 month in!! If I am looking for a worksheet to cover the topic I am working on, I go to the book and so far all worksheet have been there plus some! It covers an extensive array topics of ready to use worksheets that are wonderfully put together. Kudos to the author!

This book is incredibly helpful to me as a child and youth worker. The life skills go from easy to very detailed, and all of them are easy to photocopy for worksheets if you want. Great ideas. The best book I have bought so far in my career.

Wow! I placed my order yesterday and selected the online @2.99 upgrade option. Within minutes of placing my order, I found and copied fun, creative activities to use this week! I am a FACS teacher and just started at a new school with new classes, including Health which I am teaching for the first time. I only wish I had discovered this 3 years ago when I was brand new to High School teaching and taught a relationships class with no instructional materials at all; no books, lesson plans, pacing guide, files, etc. This book will significantly decrease my time spent researching creative ideas online and/or developing them from scratch. Thanks!

My population is undeserved youth ages 16-24 from the intercity. We are a GED program and most of my students come in on a 6th grade learning level. This book had great activities that I could use for this population. Very impressed!!

While this book has some great activities anyone considering purchasing it should keep in mind that there is no way to access the activities for print if you buy the Kindle version. I wish I could return it and purchase a hard copy for my child.

This would be great for secondary health teachers. I didn't read the description well enough, so I returned the book, but when I was going through it, I was impressed by the lessons!

The 225 Life Skills was not what I had hoped for. I found it to be dull and disappointing. I could not stay focused on the topics. Perhaps it was the writing style, but in any case, I couldn't get through it...I stopped a third of the way in.
