I found the layout of this book very interesting in that it took a portion of the life-span and brought you from infancy to old age. In this way, the natural progression of life could be viewed for each topic. The alternative would be to start with infancy, then go to childhood, adolescence, etc. With the approach of this book, I found tracking each topie, e.g.,...

Very dry read. Complicated and confusing order of addressing topics. Reading for my developmental psych class felt like a chore with this book.
