The book touches on different subjects and situations that impact our lives daily in both negative and positive ways. It provides every reader with an insightful path to thinking about their own life by opening their mind, heart and spirit.
This book is great! I enjoyed reading it because the author didn't come off as an analytical, psychologist trying to "tell" people how to live their life through an extensive study of other's. The book was written for anyone to understand from beginning to end. I feel this book will be a wonderful asset to everyone from any walk of life.
