I loved Buchanan's last book and it started me on the process of looking inward. When this one came out, I picked up a copy and was overjoyed to find that it goes in depth with helping the reader define what they want a put a plan together to go get it. This book is truly life changing. After reading it, I feel I have the tools to define and achieve anything I want in life - to truly live a "Life Without Limits". This one gets a strong recommendation from me for everyone!
