The book by Swami Sivananda, Raja Yoga, is a wonderful book to have. Swami Sivanantha was a practicing physician in Malaysia/Singapoor. He renounced his worldly activities and took over serious spiritual life. He has established a beautiful ashram in the foot of Himalayas named "Rishikesh". The book provides some valuable spiritual instructions and takes you nicely through a spritual journey. I enjoy the book. It is a great addition to have. it is one the best books among the many that Swami Sivananda has written on sprituality/philosophy.
