I love this product. I have no children, own no home, and currently don't even own anything of value, but I just graduated from college and I wanted to start my new life with some order. This was just the answer!

I read the previous reviews and it seemed the main problem was an absence of replacement pages. When I emailed the company with the idea to sell replacement pages, they told me that not only do they have them, but it's downloadable and free of charge! You must email info@getbuttonedup.com, and once you've proven that you've actually purchased Life.doc, they will give you the instructions to download. With that in mind, I really can't see any reason not to buy this product. I truly love it, and will probably buy it as a gift for others now.

We live in a volatile area and have to be prepared for evacuation, so I thought this was a great idea for getting everything together in one place. However, I was under the impression that I could use the CD-ROM to print out new forms when our information changes, such as when we move. When I got it, I found out that while you can enter your information on the computer and print ON THE FORMS YOU ALREADY HAVE (by inserting them in the printer), you CANNOT print new forms (and they don't include many extras). I assume they're hoping you'll buy a new one every few years, but for the price I'll just get my own binder and custom organize myself!

This is a GREAT concept, but.... the pages are not customizable, they are only one sided (WASTED SPACE!!), and like another person said you cannot re-do the pages if your info changes. I will be making my own forms and divider pages to go along with it.

I got mine at Target for HALF ($19.99) the price that I see it online everywhere ($29.99). If you really must have one, go to Target.

I just bought this binder at my local Target store today for $16 (it was on sale from $19). I would say that for $16 then yes, it's worth it. However, I would definitely not pay $29.95 as advertised on some other websites. It would probably cost me $16 if I were to make a binder like this from scratch. I do wish some of the pages were customizable. Overall, this product is okay.

The Life.doc has helped me put all the important info of my life in one easy to locate place. I tell you - if there was a fire, I'd grab the photo album - right along with the Life.doc. I didn't realize I had so much information scattered throughout my house until I went to gather it to enter it into the binder. WOW! What an eye opener! Everything is in one place.

We thought this would be useful to organize our lives, but it really didn't provide much assistance beyond what you can do with making your own lists - and it was too expensive for what you got.

I'm a very organized person & was initially very excited about this binder. When I got it, however, it was lacking. Seriously, I could make my own binder that is better (& cheaper!) for organizing my life than this.

This is an excellent organizer for all of your important personal and/or family information. You will have everything you need in one location and is the perfect organizer solution in the event of an emergency. This is a great gift for other family members and friends. You can enter your information manually or with the convenience of a computer and printer with easy-to-follow directions.
