It's pretty cheap and although some of it might be common sense to some when you're in a high anxiety situation sometime you need some direction or confirmation that alone can help you.

I truly appreciate Mr. Neverson's thorough and wise reflections of how to reclaim happiness and contentment in our lives. He begins with an understanding of how stress has crept into our homes, families, work, and even health. I enjoyed the gentle flowing message of how stress is natural in our lives and how to not only cohabitate with stress but how to learn to listen and make conscious decisions that will serve our purpose in life. I love the direction to listening to what we are thinking instead of the cruise control that... quite frankly... stresses me out. This is a smooth easy read for those who are willing to accept a better life for themselves and others. 5 Stars - Lauren Taite Vines / Bookmaster

Great Tips."Life without Stress" must be a real guide to change lives every day and prevent many illness.
Know that the Present is all we have and enjoy each moment. A very good guide and I liked the idea of letting the home be the major place of peace. I recomend this book. Elide Vergara.

Great simple tips on how to reduce stress in our lives everyday and permanently. For example, having a routine setup for ourselves and especially our children can be a great stress reducer as it creates harmony and peace of mind. This is a great handy book to keep and refer to when one gets stressed out.

The author gives a short, easy-and-quick-to-read summary of stress, its causes and cures. This is a handy book to keep for quick, centering reviews when one is experiencing stress. The author's statement, "It's impossible to live in a modern society without becoming stressed" was oddly reassuring. In other words, stress is going to happen so learn to accept and deal with it. I liked the idea of creating zones of peace and letting the home be the major place of peace for all of us. I liked the author's cure for stress created by uncertainty: have routines and develop competencies so that one has confidence.
Great advice, but easy to forget when one is in a stressful situation.
