I had bought these thinking they were the Lifegear lights discounted. They arent, they are a cheap knockoff. 1 had dead batteries, all 3 had to have the electronics contacts adjusted so they would not turn off when tapped.

The threads of the body to the glowstick portion are rough, dont expect the o-ring to last long. I dont like the design of this whistle either, you have to unscrew it, and it is screwed into the cap, which could be lost. its not as bright sounding or loud as the lifegear model either.

Not going to return, but going to take a closer look in the future.

Overall, a great product. I bought 4 for various bags I have. The only problem is and I think this is a design flaw is the light turns on too easily. I mean the slightest bump and bang it's on. In some cases I was forced to remomve the batteries. Other than that I like the flashlight overall.

A little pricey for what they are, I swore they were $2 cheaper in the store a year ago, but still a great light. Be prepared to buy more, because you'll want one everywhere. Mine have held up perfectly, and free batteries for life. I use them for camping, backpacking, hunting, stashed in the car, in the junk drawer at home, and several in my prepardness kit.

This is a very cool product. I actually thought it was a traditional glow stick that you break open but it's actually battery operated. It has a a solid light function, and a flashing light function. Also, it's a flashlight on top and a whistle on the bottom.

I keep this as part of an emergency kit I keep at the home. I figure it will be useful and the for the price you can't go wrong.

This is a great product. It works very well and is everything advertised. I was initially concerned that the cap for the whistle would come off all the time, but it really hasn't been much of an issue. I have 5 sticks and still 5 caps, though they've only been on a couple trips so far. Excellent value though.

I bought a set of orange ones to use as stocking stuffers-too bad Santa couldn't wait that long. With another power outage and snow they really came in handy. Our set came with a strap/necklace that was great for sledding in the twilight-I could see my kids from quite a distance. The flashlight is bright for it's compact size. I LOVED that the button was easy to turn on because we could operate it with our gloves on. We walked a few miles through the woods and back in the dark to get to our perfect sledding spot and they were good enough for trail walking in the dark.

Great for the car or the emergency kit. The lanyard it comes with is great. Last's 200 hours and the batteries to change are cheap. It glows bright green, and the white LED flashlight is also bright. It's a must buy for the price.

Got all 3 colors. Well made, good flashlight, Colored end could be used as road flare in emergency.
