If you need some MO JO in your life and fast....LifeMoxie! is the book for you. I have had this book for a few years and have gone back to it many times for a little push when I needed it. But it wasnt until I was laid off from my career last year that it really changed my way of thinking. I used Ann's Moxie Mix tips to really map out how I was going to look for a new career. This book made me think of what I REALLY wanted to do and how I was going to do it! I landed my dream job last week...Thanks Ann! I hope to meet you one day.

Inspirational yet practical - and wise. If you have ever had one of those heart thumping moments where there is something you really want to do but something held you back - something you just knew you could do if you weren't so afraid of the unknown - then let this book guide you beyond those fears and cheer you on to step out in faith - faith in yourself! Ann Tardy tells wonderful stories about people who have done just that. But she doesn't stop there, she follows up with practical strategies to help you move on beyond that loud voice of fear. Her louder "yeasaying" voice will cheer you on. The author makes clear that moxie is not something you are born with - it is created.

But this is not just a cheerleading coach at your side. The author is also wise. This book will help you think through the "be careful what you want you may get it attitude". I loved the story about the man who, at 20, sat a goal of becoming a millionaire by the age of 30 - and achieved it - and what happened next. There are many wise stories in this book. The author helps you to see the wisdom that you already know exists deep inside you.
