I purchased the lifeline portable gym a while ago and must admit that it's better than it looks. On the surface, it may look like an inferior product that's not worth the bother, but once I began to use it I realized that it's a top-quality item that belies its price tag. It delivers an excellent, full-body workout. It's versatility amazes me, as well. Aside from the strength programs one can also do aerobic excercises with the jogging belt provided. They've upgraded the handles so one can workout with several bands at the same time. The bands; the core of the gym; are stronger and better than the ones sold at sporting goods stores. Compact enough for one take on the road too!! For someone who's made the transition from working out in gyms for a long time as I have to working out at home to save time and money, one could easily dismiss the lifeline gym as a gimmicky-looking piece of plastic and rubber that won't hold up, but that's simply not the case. It's a bargain that'll hold up and save you tons of money. Furthermore, Lifeline usa supports its products and offers excellent customer service.

OK, I've received my new Life line gym. Is it as good as I remember?...
Not quite. The one big problem with the new Life Line gym is, they have shortened the length of the bands by about a foot. this makes it harder to perform over head exercises well with heavier bands. I do like the the new handles that are interchangable, so you can vary the band size for specific exercises, or body parts.
Over all, I still give the life line gym a 4 star rating. One because of the great price. And two, because you can get as serious with it as you can handle. I'll keep it.
