Ab wheel on steroids,

After I saw the YouTube videos of folks using this, I had to try it out. I am by no means the next Mr. Olympia, but I am also not some slouch. Man-o-man, does it work. I wish I was there when the creator of this item thought, "hmm, what would happen if I put feet straps on my ab wheel?" Of course he or she had to make sure the actual wheel was a monster. Too bad the screws weren't made just as sturdy. My favorite exercise is simply strapping the thing onto my feet and pulling myself around the house, garage, or block with my arms in plank position. The sad thing is that the best ab-torturing move is the one that you would perform on any standard ab wheel. Were it not for the price (60+ dollars for an ab wheel?!) I would have given it a 5.

Excellent customer experience,

I am very pleased with my Power Wheel II. I received my order quickly and assembly was easy. The exercise chart plus instructional DVD is like having a personal trainer break down the each movement and what/why muscle groups are targeted. The Power Wheel II hits your core directly like a laser. I felt the burn 12 seconds into the first exercise. I let my brother try it and he liked it so much I gave it to him to take home. I am now going to order another. I definitely recommend the Power Wheel II. My customer experience was excellent!

I have been doing the Combat Conditioning by Matt Fury for some time so when he recommended the Power Wheel, I went to learn more about it. I'm glad I did!
For those that are really busy...... this one is a BIG winner..... I work 20 hour days but 3 minutes before going to bed I use this Power Wheel...... in about three weeks my pants are now easier to button up. The upper core is getting stronger and the mobility to crawl under my truck for maintenance is no longer a struggle getting out and up from underneath. The benefits are many and the time to use it is very short and I have yet to try out the video. That will be next....... and can only surmise it will take me to the next level and at 59 that is a BIG bonus!Buy it, use it and enjoy it!

I purchased this product, the delivery was fast.
Assembly was easy, you have one side of the wheel assembled in advance, instructions were clear and easy to follow. On the other hand, The DVD wasn't that good and could be much better compared to the build quality of the wheel. As for the results, this wheel cuts your abs like laser, give your lower back a good workout too and is great for decompressing the spine.

This is a great product. I consider myself sufficiently fit and man, this wheel kicked my butt. It's a great tool to get in shape. Not just the abs, but your entire core, arms, shoulders, and back. Highly recommend it!!!

The Power Wheel was very easy to put together. It took me just a few minutes. I love that it can be used for either your arms and chest or your hamstrings and calves. This is very well made and has stood up great to daily use by both myself and David14. The handles are a soft grip so this is very easy hold onto and get a good grip on. The wheel rolls smoothly and without friction. The pedal assembly was designed to be used with running shoes and it fit well while wearing my cross trainers. The bands are stretchy and adjustable so it can accommodate a variety of shoe sizes.
The Power Wheel does take some getting used to because it is one wheel and does require some coordination skills and muscle control to balance it. Obviously, my balance is sadly lacking which is another reason this is such a necessary fitness trainer. I was really amazed at how many different ways the Power Wheel can be used. There are even workouts on the included DVD that use beginner, intermediate and advanced training techniques. I could feel the workout the following day and I started on the beginner workout level. I'm really enjoying the Power Wheel. It's flexible enough so that I don't get bored doing the same routine over and over again. The DVD is easy to follow and I can choose the routine I need based on my abilities. It's even something my 14yo can enjoy as he gets ready for football season to start again. It takes up very little room when I'm not using it which is very important with a small home. I definitely recommend you check out the Power Wheel if you're looking to improve your core strength! This gives you an amazing workout.

A US Marine friend of mine who's a PT fanatic introduced me to this thing. It's the first piece of non-free weight equipment I've bought since I don't know when...and boy oh boy does it work!
No, it hasn't given me a six-pack yet...not really going for that because I'm not willing to be as disciplined as I would need to be with food, so I don't expect to ever happen. I just want to develop maximum core strength because I'm a long distance runner and that helps my running big time. The next best thing is a Pilates class but those are expensive over time and there aren't any Pilates studios where I'm currently living. After just a couple of sessions with this thing I could feel a tightness and firmness in my entire abdominal area that years of doing all kinds of crunches, sit ups, hanging leg raises, etc. never produced. Anyway, what makes this Power Wheel much better than the ten to twenty dollar cheapo ab wheels you can buy at Walmart is the foot rest/strap, which opens up a whole new world of exercises, many of them quite painful if you've never done them before. I mean "painful" in a good way though, not a "ouch my back is killing me!" the next day sort of painful. Also the construction is very sturdy and surprisingly simple to put together out of the box. Make no mistake, it will take time for you to work up to doing all the exercises possible with this device. Don't rush into it willy nilly and do too much too soon, because then you CAN hurt yourself! The included video and instruction booklet were both quite helpful, though I wish the video had a bit more detail and breakdowns. |
