This item looks really good, but I'm sorry to say it is not very practicle for everyday use. I must have pulled 4 pieces of tape off it when the arms of the cutting portion cracked. I would have to say if you have room on your desk for decorations then buy this, but if you want something that looks good and works for day to day use look else where.

I purchased this for a gift. The packaging seemed to be enough for the item but it still came broken when I open it up. The figure that is used to cut the tape is delicate and easy to break off. I managed to glue it on and hopefully won't break anytime soon. Could not return it because it was a last minute purchase and it was already too late to receive another one on time.

Looked good but I should have returned it when it broke the first time! Didnt think anyhting of it since it was still operable but then the man at the end of the tape came undone....it was glued together! And now theres no way to even speak to anyone about returning...it should have lasted more than 3 months! Thanks amazon for giving me no other way to talk to you about it!

Not durable
The part that you cut the tape with broke off within a week or two. It's very cute, but if you're buying it for more than looks, you'll be disappointed. Read more

Very fragile, totally disappointed.
