I got this book for one penny plus three dollars shipping. It arrived in seven days. It was an old library book, still in good shape, identical to the one my local library had in the 1980s. Back then it sold for $25.00.It is great fun, printed on glossy paper with lavish photographs. The picture of the Sultan of Brunei's spread, especially the picture of the dining room, was worth the shipping.
