I keep this book at the office, and look through it when I dream of living in Southern California. This book is sort of a "brochure" for the kaa group, who designed the houses featured in the book. But it sort of does a disservice to the book to describe it that way. The book features full page photos of beautiful homes in southern california, and has additional pages to describe the architectural features of the homes (I skip these pages, and only look at the photos).Many of the houses feature views of the ocean, which you can see in the book. The book is devoid of photos of people, except for 1 or 2 photos, and focuses on the million dollar homes with views of the beach. Anyone interested in southern california, beaches, photography or architecture will probably enjoy this book.
