Takes a long time to setup and not all hardware was right size,

I bought the hoop and the separate mount kit 9594. Overall, it is important to know this is going to take you 4-6 hours to set up if you are mounting the hoop to the wall or over the garage. The instructions are ambiguous and the hardware supplied for the install is not all there. It took me two trips to Home Depot to get additional bolts and an axle for the rim to make it work. You will not enjoy getting the axle into the rim pivot bracket. Lifetime made the axle too short and the push nuts are very awkward. I spoke with customer service at Lifetime and they were responsive as this seems to be a normal situation with their hoops. The backboard and rim are nice, and I think we will get a good 5+ years of use out of it. It is clear that there are some quality and inventory control issues with the hardware to install the hoop. And really, they should spend a little time making instructions that are easier to follow. Overall, I think the backboard and rim are of good quality, but be prepared for a frustrating assembly experience.
