I feel a little foolish for buying this pan. It's a hassle to clean (36 corners!!) and it burned the first batch of brownies I made. Nobody makes paper inserts for it and the little baking chambers are too shallow to make thicker brownies or any dessert with a filling. I wouldn't buy it again.

I am constantly looking for ways to do things better in the kitchen. I came across this affordable pan, and figured I could use it for brownies, and maybe muffins too.

This pan is a little smaller than I was expecting. If you add all the baking cavities up, you have roughly a 7.5 inch x 7.5 inch pan that is about 1 inch deep (not exactly a standard size). It is a single piece construction, which is a good thing, and seems a bit more hefty than many other muffin tins that I own.

I put it to the test in two different baking sessions, and regrettably found more cons that pros. The pan didn't hold a standard brownie mix. I had quite a bit extra...so I had to bake, empty, and bake more. The pan also warped a bit during the baking process and now no longer sits "level".

Be aware that this pan bakes really fast, and the edges get finished a bit before the centers are ready (you will need to reduce your baking temps). For some reason this pan has several ribs along the top of each cavity. Functionally these little ribs hold on to your baked goods with herculean strength. 3 of my 9 brownies were broken during my prying to release process.

While I should know better than to believe a nonstick pan is "dishwasher safe", I opted to follow the washing directions on the pan (which proudly claim it's "dishwasher safe"). The pan seems to have lost much of its non-stick properties after I put it in the dishwasher.

On the up side, if you can remove the portions you bake, they are a pretty good size for a hearty appetite.

In the end, this is pretty much a square muffin top pan, with the same quality of construction of pans found at most discount stores. It's not a perfect brownie pan by far. At 9 dollars it's not the end of the world for me, as I have spent more on equally disappointing kitchen items. However it's still a bit overpriced for what you get.

I wanted to celebrate like the name says, but it never worked out. It definitely sounded good to make individual brownies, but unfortunately this pan doesn't work very well with a standard brownie mix. There was mix left over and the brownies themselves turned out a little burned with a standard temperature and bake time.

The construction seems fine, but there's an extra lip around every cup. Some of them got extra brownie mix in there and it took a while to clean it out of every little crevice.

I really wanted this to work better but I ended up disappointed with the results. Sure it was only ten bucks (the list price was $15 so it felt like a good deal) but it really wasn't worth the time.

i bought this pan a few days ago just to try it (at only $9, there isn't much risk), but even at the inexpensive price i wouldn't buy it again. the quality is okay (about average) but it's almost impossible to pour the batter evenly into all nine brownie molds and the little grooves around the lip of each "brownie" indentation are nearly impossible to clean. in reality, this is just a shallow cupcake pan... but with the square design of the molds, you can't use paper liners in it. worse, it doesn't bake the brownies evenly and they'll burn quickly if you don't keep an eye on your oven. overall, it was a disappointment -- but i can't complain too much about the price. these days, $9 for anything is pretty cheap.

I had asked for this brownie pan for Christmas and my husband bought 3 because we have a big family and they were relatively inexpensive. After reading these reviews I was disappointed but felt I needed to give them a chance. I planned on baking them less than the package instructs, much like you would when baking cup cakes vs a 9 x 13 pan. As I've never had good luck with 'non-stick' pans I always spray them. Well I have to say I was very pleased with the outcome! I baked one pan 15 minutes at 350 and the 2nd for 18 minutes (some like them chewy and some like them more moist). I did run a knife around the edges (as I do with all my 'non-stick'). My family loved them! So, for those who didn't like the results, try again and make some adjustments. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Lightly spray this pan and bake the shortest time listed on the box or the recipe and you will love this pan. I received it as a gift and decided to make nine brownies from one box of mix. Perfect! and not a mess to clean at all. Just remember to spray and don't overbake.

This pan worked great - used it for mini pound cakes. Great single serving size.

This is a great brownie pan! People love the individual brownies with crust on every side! I have 6 of them and am recommending them to everyone!!!
