Diehard s’mores fans will take year-round pleasure in this indoor/outdoor Casa Moda s’mores maker. Though it doesn’t have quite the cachet of a bonfire, the tidy little unit does have everything necessary to cooking and compiling s’mores ingredients. The centerpiece of the appliance is the 5-1/4-by-5-1/2-inch marshmallow-roasting grill, which runs on a 2-6-ounce can of chafing fuel, such as Sterno (chafing fuel not included). The grill includes a burner for the fuel, as well as a handle and a snuffer to extinguish the flame. A lazy susan base holds the grill as well as the thick white ceramic containers for the graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows. Casa Moda also includes four roasting forks and a clear set of instructions. A fun item to pull out for late-night snacking or movie marathons, the unit is highly functional if not terrifically stylish. It also beats a bonfire in your living room. This is awesome! I got the S'mores Maker as a Christmas gift and have completely used up all 3 cans of chafing fuel that I got with the gift. I'm addicted!

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to be able to eat S'mores at any time of the year! I used to make S'mores in the microwave, but the marshmallows always got chewy. This is the perfect solution.

It has a very cute set-up and although I don't really use the little containers for my marshmallows and graham crackers (except when taking fun photos), I do keep my wrapped chocolate bars in there all the time.

At first it took forever to roast my marshmallows until I read the directions (which I should have done in the first place) and saw that there's this neat feature that lets you adjust the flame height. The bigger the flame, the faster your marshmallow roasts. If the flame is too high, your marshmallow is quicker to burn.

As for someone's comment about Sterno not recommending that you cook open food over their flame... that's because certain foods can drip into the flame and cause dangerous flare-ups if you aren't careful. They specifically say that the emissions of the chafing fuel will not cause harm. :)

I am not sure what all the other reviewers are upset about. The product is exactly as described and I was able to get all items at my local grocery store. I received this as a gift and let me tell you I had no idea how much fun it would be. We use it on a regular basis (1 sterno lasts you forever) and love using it when we have family or friends over. They get a kick out of it and it brings back that campfire fun you used to have growing up(Quick hint: make sure you buy the thin chocolate bars and not those monster ones otherwise the chocolate doesn't melt well with the marshmellows). I have never received any complaints and if anything people have run out and bought their own. If you are scared about fuel availability look into it at your local grocery store, costco, catering store, or camp store. Otherwise, what are you waiting for there are many fun conversations to be had over this fun dessert.

I am a big s'more fan. I will eat them for breakfast when we are camping. When I saw this I bought it. It works great! I have got my money's worth. It is a big hit at get togethers, too. It's easy to operate. It will burn the marshmallow like a real campfire. So if you like burnt, it works good for that. The canned fuel does not come with it. So you need to purchase that separately. And watch the size of the can. The size they recommend is the size you need. You can find it in the camping section of stores such as Target, etc. I recommed this to anyone who loves s'mores! Well worth your money!!!!!!!!
