The BEST Album Ever, March 26, 2011
So much raw emotion is going to come at you with A Lifetime Burning... I haven't stopped listening to it since I bought it over a month ago... And it will be a LONG time before I could even THINK about putting this one away...
Anyone that rates this less than five stars and doesn't consider this one of THE best albums currently available in the realm of modern rock, just hasn't lived yet. If you have felt the spectrum of emotions that Cris sings about, you will identify with the power of his lyrics, and you won't let go... You can't.
And make sure you see these guys LIVE. They will rock your face off. Cris, Brad, Jerry, Terry, and Jeff... They love the audience and they are there long after the show is over. Give yourself the experience with these guys... You won't forget it... And you WILL become an OLR fan for life...
*****
Your life will never be the same once you have discovered One Less Reason. I first saw them when they were opening for Hinder and Saving Abel, and I've seen them twice since that show.
Faces and Four Letter Words is their current CD (as of 3/11) but they have a new one coming out soon. Make sure you also pick up A Lifetime Burning, Everyday Life, and Getting Back Your Self-Esteem... This collection of music will take you on an emotional journey like no other band can... And then make sure you see them live. As often as you can... Every dollar you spend on OLR will be the best money you have ever invested in music... I promise.

Mellow! Much more mellow than the 1st album!, June 2, 2010
This is a great album... it reminds me of grief. Grief and sadness. It's very mellow. If I had a "bold" button for this review, I would bold "very." It's a beautiful album, just lots of sadness and grief... if you're depressed, you may really resonate with it. It's chill.
I give it 4 stars.

OLR: A Lifetime Burning, May 30, 2010
Though this album is rather safe, and not heavy, I think this isn't a heavy band by nature. This album reminds me, heavily, of the nineties, like Hootie and the Blowfish, Pearl Jam, and Matchbox 20.
