This is an older book-printed in 1993, which includes a little bit of everything from supplements, folk remedies and holistic therapies such as massage and nerve pressure.
This book will give you an overall look at the different options that are available for a specific ailment. After using this book I would look for more information to obtain a more in-depth understanding and options of a particular ailment. |
