I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The book arrived at my house shortly after ordering. I have no complaints. It is exactly what I wanted. It was in better condition that what I had expected since it was a used book. It was like a new product. Couldn't be more pleased.

My son used this book for a summer class and I was impressed by the content of it and how much the prof taught directly from the book.

I was not happy with my purchase because I received it just days before my online class began, which was my fault for not ordering earlier, however, I was NEVER told there were pages that were ripped out of the book and missing which caused me to miss 3 assignments for my class because I did not have enough time to purchase another book and get it to me in time to complete the assignments. If there are pages missing in a book it is very important that the seller note that. I paid a decent amount of money for this book and I was unable to use it for the first 1 1/2 weeks of class!!
