This boook has changed my life. Since reading it, I have found it easier to work through my emotions as well as understand the source. I recommend this book to anyone looking for "answers."

This book is absolutely wonderful! The simplistic and down to earth writing really worked for me. I read this book during a very difficult time in my life and it helped me release negative emotions and false beliefs. This is a great tool in getting well. This book is also excellent to go back after reading for reference. I suggest that anyone in need of a positive transformation read this.

This book is amazing! I find it very interesting by reading some of the other reviews how a book who's purpose is to help others become closer with God can trigger such passion, even if it is negative; perhaps time to take a closer look?

If you're ready to discover the tools for "true" happiness, open your heart, open your mind and open this book! You won't regret it.

Initially, I expected this book to focus only on the idea that just by having faith or believing in God/Jesus was enough to "wash away" all problems. While I have a strong faith in Jesus, I do not believe that that alone is enough. As the bible says "The Lord helps those who help themselves." Spirituality is not a one way street where the Lord does all and you do nothing but believe.

This book is centered around the idea that while you take 2 steps toward him, he takes 10 toward you. It gives you the tools necessary to release emotions or false beliefs that are disabling you from being as close to Jesus as He wants you to be.

It's focus is on helping you help yourself become more spiritually aware of yourself and your soul. It's techniques and experiences are designed to help you work WITH the Lord. If our minds and hearts are clouded with falsity and sadness we are not open to hearing the loving words of Jesus.

I thought this book was very helpful and insightfull. It definetly helped me understand more fully the intricacies of a world that most of us care not to fully dive in to and has illuminated a lot of facts about my own life as well. The only complaint I have is that it wasn't long enough...I wanted more!

It seems most people go through life like wraiths. Unknowing of their place, lacking confidence and a sense of self. Introspection and a general thirst for knowledge form the foundation of self-awareness.

Some are born with a sense of purpose and a great deal of self-awareness. Knowing what they want, how to get it, knowing their limits and knowing how to expand and grow as a person.

For everyone else there is religion. For better of for worse, it's a set guide for the permanently or temporarily lost and unaware. Like a buoy in the sea of life, it can help you remain afloat and possibly even better you as an individual.

No one path is correct for everyone. No one philosophy so universal that it can speak directly to the heart of every person. I would never wish to be so narcissistic as to force my ideals upon anyone.

That being said I can clearly say this book's principles and philosophies, though personally abhorrent, have made people around me very happy. And who am I to deny them happiness?

I'm just a silly atheist who can neither recommend nor condemn a book that was in no way geared toward my idealistic sensibilities.

This is a thought provoking book that is easy to read. It is full of interesting stories to illustrate the solutions to life's problems. I have personally used the book to conquer fears and change my outlook on life.

This book is a great supplement to Liza and Ted's workshops. The anecdotal examples further grounded the techniques that are taught in their classes. These techniques have changed my life.

I absolutely loved this book!

This book is filled with the real experiences of everyday people and the life changing events that occurred in their lives. Very inspirational and educational, as well as clearly written and easy to read. I even picked up a few techniques and could not be happier!

The book identified many of the unseen forces that have been plaguing my life and also talked about entities I have not experienced. I did not think, however, that it gave enough information or ideas on what to do about it except to re-evaluate where my erroneous beliefs lie. I suppose that is because they would like people to go to their church to get more help. I can understand that. They do warn, in their book, that there will be resistance on every level of your existence to detaching these entities once and for all. The book ends by explaining that we are never done. The unseen/spiritual world is a fact of life and it is just as real as the physical/natural world. I'm happy I read this book in terms of it being part of my journey to getting the answers I seek. I know there is much more to learn.
