I'm very delighted to have bouth this book since it's showed and explained me alot.I had only basic courses in myofascial release but this actually is a gem, true gem.It also gives you a tools for diagnosing lesions wich are(diagnostics)so often are excluded in courses and books that i could find and it actually takes pratitioner to look at the human body as a whole and not just the sum of parts!
I hope there will be more book's like this one. I'm absolutely satisfied and definitely inspired!!

Speece and Co have done a great service by putting this book together. Instead of just techniques, the osteopathic approach to how to use them and common sypmtoms make the book easy to pick up and use in practise. The diagrams are excellent and easy to follow.
All areas of the body are covered (except for cranial) and a great section on treatment order and treatment of the diaphragms.

A welcome and well-detailed compendium of Sutherland's and Becker's work on somatic dysfunction. The functional approach put in Sutherland's terms. Good step by step technique descriptions with photos. A basic palpatory understanding of tissue balance must be assumed for the techniques to be of value, but a book can only bring the description, not the art. Highly recommended.
