Vergelmer is a totaly unknown band and I think it's a shame. They are kings without a crown. Their music is just great. Black metal to the bone. A grim melodic sound with a rasping voice that makes you yearn for more are the ingredients of this band that deserves some more recognition. I bought it without knowing what beauty I had at hand. Their lyrics are evil and beautiful at the same time. Both slow and fast songs are present on this magnificent disc of pure Blackness. Songs like 'In the Dead of Winter' & 'Purifying' make you shiver and long for more. I don't know if there is already a second album but I hope there will be. BRILLIANT PIECE OF BLACK ART! LIGHT THE BLACK FLAME AND NEVER PUT IT OUT AGAIN!
